If you want to use your ICC profile with a program that doesnt have a way to manage color, there are a few steps on a Mac. Tick the checkbox use my settings for this device. I will note that I had someone try it with an ET-2760 and she really liked it as well so you may be able to give it a try and see what happens. Again, you can play with the sliders.
